The cornerstone of Ayurvedic healing—Panchakarma is a comprehensive detoxification and rejuvenation program that removes deep-seated toxins, restores Dosha balance, and renews vitality.
Panchakarma literally means “five actions” and represents the most
profound therapeutic process in Ayurveda. It eliminates accumulated
toxins (Ama), balances aggravated Doshas, and restores the natural
intelligence of the body.
Unlike surface-level detox programs, Panchakarma works at the cellular
and tissue levels through a structured sequence of preparatory,
cleansing, and restorative therapies.
It is both curative and preventive—treating chronic diseases while
enhancing immunity, clarity, and longevity.
Every Panchakarma program begins with a comprehensive Ayurvedic
assessment of Dosha, Agni, Dhatu, and lifestyle. Based on this, a
personalised protocol is designed.
The process includes Snehana (oleation), Swedana (sudation), followed by
appropriate Shodhana therapies, and concludes with Rasayana care for
rebuilding strength and immunity.
Patients are guided through diet, rest, and daily routines in a calm,
supervised environment to ensure safety and maximum benefit.
